1. Acceptance of terms
By using MyCelebrityPet ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. What the Service does
MyCelebrityPet lets you upload a photo (typically of a pet) and generates a stylized/AI-transformed image based on it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload or generate content that:
- Depicts a minor in a sexualized way, or any content that could constitute child sexual abuse material — zero tolerance, immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, in a way that is sexual, defamatory, harassing, or misleading (e.g. non-consensual "deepfake"-style content of a real person).
- Infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Is used to impersonate another person or entity for the purpose of fraud or harm.
- Violates any applicable law.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without prior notice for severe violations.
4. Your content and our license to it
- You retain ownership of the photos you upload.
- You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded photo solely to generate your output image and operate the Service (including sending it to our AI generation provider for processing).
- We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models beyond what's needed to generate your output, unless you separately opt in.
5. Intellectual property (ours)
The Service, its branding, and underlying software are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable IP law. These Terms don't grant you rights to our IP beyond using the Service as intended.
6. Fees and free trial
The Service may offer free and paid features. Any applicable price and purchase terms will be shown before you buy.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated output quality, style, and accuracy are not guaranteed. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law, including any consumer-protection rights that cannot be excluded.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the "Last updated" date and give notice for material changes.
